Southern Cabbage Slaw

1 large cabbage
2-3 large onions
1 cup sugar
3/4 cups vinager
3/4 cups salad oil
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp celery seed

Shred cabbage and slice onions thin and layer
in a large bowl.
Mix the remaining ingredients together and
bring to a boil.
Pour over the cabbage.
*Better the second day
