Sauerkraut Balls
1 Can Corned Beef
1 Can Sauerkraut
2 Oz. Cream Cheese
1 Tsp. Dry Onion
Corn Flakes
Flour
Milk

Squeeze the juice from one can sourkrout and chop fine.
Mix Corned Beef, Cream Cheese, Sauerkraut and
Dry Onion together and begin to 3/4 inch balls.
Roll the balls into the flour and dip into the milk then
roll into the corn flakes. Deep fry till golden brown.
Deep fry approximately 1 minute.
