Clam Chowder
New England Style

Chicken Pieces                    1 tsp Parsley
1 Lg Onion                           4 Med. Potatoes (diced)
1 Stalk Celery                      1 Pt. Half and Half
1 Carrot                                1 tsp Salt/pepper to taste
1 Can Minced Clams           1 bottle Clam Juice
Corn Starch

Boil chicken,onion,celery,carrot,salt,pepper and parsley.
Cook till chicken is near done.
Remove Chicken de-bone, add meat, clam juice,minced clams
and potatoes. Cook till potatoes are almost done and add
the half and half.  Add 1 tsp to 1/4 cup corn starch to
warm water.  Stir in corn starch slowly to thicken.
