As strange as it sounds .. this is really good !
1 9" pan of corn bread , cooked and crumbled
4 slices of cooked bacon crumbled
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 medium purple onion
1 tomato, diced
1/2 rib celery , diced
1 cup mayonnaise ( or reduced calorie if ya want )
Mix all ingredients and put them in a large bowl.
Cover with a lid.
Keeps for several days in the fridge and better the
second day.
