This article is about the education of children with disabilities. In this article the U.S government concern that in 2009 cases of Restraint or Seclusion in schools were deadly. To avoid these cases Harkin suggest that every child with or without disabilities should be educated in proper environment and this environment must be full with all kinds of necessary tools so they can grow up in and able to develop their mind properly.
